Owning that you, me, we CAN choose our thoughts is huge.
It means that we are at choice and can choose the WAY we think.
Taking personal responsibility for our own thoughts has a direct correlation with what we create in our own lives. The types of experiences we create in our own lives.
We decide the extent external factors impact us. We choose.
This goes deeper than “Positivity” this is about day to day decisions. Day to day choices, to choose the way we think.
Some people don’t even realise that they CAN choose the way they think. Do you?
